Machine Operator - $16/Hour Starting Pay | Day Shift

Position: Machine Operator - CNC Mills & Lathes
Starting Pay: $16/hour (based on experience - room for growth!)
Schedule: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
Work Environment: Laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere
What You'll Do
- Operate CNC mills (primary focus) and automatic lathes
- Run both CNC and automatic machinery with precision
- Perform quality assembly work
- Maintain production standards and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Previous CNC machine operating experience
- Assembly experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
