Requirements:
- 2+ years factory production experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Mechanical background with hand tools
- Lift up to 80 lbs consistently
- Good communication skills
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Schedule flexibility for peak times
Preferred:
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Computer experience
- Welding experience
- Injection molding experience
