Production Operator - Rubber Manufacturing | Springfield, OH
Hot, Physical Work | Valid Driver's License Required | Interview & Walkthrough First
Springfield manufacturer seeking Production Operator for rubber injection and oven operations. Honest work for experienced factory workers.
What You'll Do:
- Inject rubber into steel tubes and operate industrial ovens
- Move heavy parts with overhead cranes
- Use hand tools and calculate material needs
- Computer data entry and read technical instructions
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- 2-3 years factory experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Lift 80+ lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and computer experience
- Own steel-toed safety shoes required
- Tolerance for hot, noisy environment
- Continuous bending, stooping, standing
Preferred:
- Forklift experience (certification available)
- Hand tool and power tool knowledge
