Automotive Assembler - 1st Shift
$18.00/hour | Springfield, OH
Entry-level opportunity with advancement potential at an automotive parts manufacturer. Join our team producing high-quality automotive components using modern welding and robotic technology.
Responsibilities
- Stack parts and work on assembly line production
- Assist press operators and fellow assemblers
- Lift and position automotive parts on jigs for robotic welding
- Operate welding machines and robotics equipment
- Complete production paperwork and maintain records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
Requirements
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies
