Assembly Associate - 3rd Shift
10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.30/hour
Join our automotive manufacturing team producing high-quality parts for automotive clients using advanced welding machines and robotics technology. Night shift premium pay included.
Responsibilities
- Produce automotive parts at scheduled jobs per hour (JPH) rates
- Lift and place automobile parts on jigs for robotic welding
- Operate welding machines and robotics equipment
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Maintain safe and clean work environment following 5S principles
- Follow written operational standards and processes
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently
- Must stand, walk, and bend throughout entire shift
- Knowledge of current machinery and equipment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and departments
