Pay: $18.30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers for a growing automotive manufacturing environment. This role involves working with robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality automotive parts while maintaining production standards and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce parts at scheduled JPH (Jobs Per Hour) to meet production goals
• Lift and place automotive parts onto jigs for robotic welding operations
• Operate welding machines and automated robotic equipment
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
• Read and follow written operational standards and processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality for automotive clients

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and process guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members and across departments
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend 100% of the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
