Join our manufacturing team producing industrial equipment
We're seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for immediate hire at our drug-free workplace.
Position Details
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Experience Required: 2+ years production painting (powder coating, spray booth, paint mixing)
Key Responsibilities
- Paint stators, pumps, and industrial equipment to quality standards
- Mix paint and maintain equipment
- Operate forklift for material handling
- Train new paint department employees
- Read production schedules and calculate material needs
- Computer data entry and SAP system use
What We're Looking For
- Strong math and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with quality focus
- Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly
- Comfortable in industrial environment (heat, cold, noise)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer proficiency
