Customer Service Administrator
$20.00/hour | 1st Shift
Position Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to handle order coordination, material planning, and administrative support. This role serves as the key liaison between sales, international operations, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take over orders from sales team and coordinate with Germany office
- Track orders from international sourcing through delivery to USA customers
- Handle all rental contract administration and documentation
- Plan and schedule materials and shipments for customer projects
- Perform light purchasing and invoicing duties
- Use SAP system for inventory tracking and warehouse staging
- Generate management reports on upcoming material needs for scheduled jobs
- Coordinate freight logistics and shipping arrangements
- Verify shipping dates with job site contacts and reschedule in SAP as needed
- Perform accurate data entry in SAP system (accuracy essential)
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional follow-through
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in material planning and scheduling
- SAP system experience
- Administrative support background
- Customer service experience
