Location: Springfield, OH Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: 20%

What You'll Do:
Work alongside experienced technicians in both shop and field settings, learning all aspects of foundry equipment installation. You'll gain hands-on experience with tools, equipment assembly, and installation procedures while developing valuable trade skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn

- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required
- Reliable and ready to take on new challenges

- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
