Warehouse Manager – Build & Lead Operations from the Ground Up
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can roll up their sleeves and do it all—from hands-on execution to process development to eventually building and leading a team. This is your opportunity to shape warehouse operations from the ground up and make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
Daily Operations:
- Inspect, record, and store inbound goods with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments to meet customer deadlines
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and document adjustments
- Coordinate transportation logistics and communicate with suppliers and carriers
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish new warehouse processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Guide and build a small on-site team as operations grow
- Set standards for safety, quality, and productivity
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on warehouse experience, ideally with independent responsibility
- Strong operational expertise across receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management
- Proven experience guiding or supervising team members
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Problem-solver who can adapt quickly and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
