Maintenance Technician - Food Production | Up to $28/Hour | Springfield, OH
7am-4pm | Evaluation-to-Hire | Food Safety Standards | PLCs & Hydraulics
Food production facility seeking experienced Maintenance Technician for machinery repair and facility maintenance with food safety focus.
What You'll Do:
- Repair and maintain production machines, conveyor systems, PLCs
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Maintain boilers, plumbing, and facility systems
- Use food-grade lubricants and materials for sanitary environment
- Read schematics and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- 5+ years maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- Electrical, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics proficiency
- Food safety awareness and GMP commitment
- Advanced hand and power tool knowledge
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
We Offer:
