Pay: $19.00 per hour
Travel: Approximately 20%

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced technicians in both shop and field environments
- Assist with the assembly and installation of foundry equipment
- Learn proper use of hand and power tools
- Support equipment setup, installation procedures, and jobsite operations
- Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a productive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
- Safety‑focused mindset
- Comfort using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus—but not required
- Reliable, dependable, and open to new challenges
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel about 20% of the time
