Production Machine Operator

We are seeking dependable Production Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting parts for quality, maintaining production flow, and supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Job Duties

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures
• Monitor production processes and inspect parts for defects or quality issues
• Stack, organize, and prepare completed parts for the next stage of production
• Maintain production output while meeting quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from debris
• Follow all company safety policies and work instructions
• Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks as assigned
• Support team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to bend, reach, and move materials as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
