Now Hiring: Construction Laborers
Join our construction team as a Laborer on 2nd shift! You'll assist skilled tradespeople with site cleanup, material organization, and general labor tasks. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who's physically active and safety-conscious.
Position Details
Job Title: Construction Laborer
Schedule: 2nd Shift 6pm to 4:30 am 6 days/week 60 hours/week
Pay: $20.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Site Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain construction site
- Remove debris and waste materials
- Organize and move construction materials
- Keep work areas safe and organized
General Labor & Support
- Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople and crew
- Perform general construction labor tasks
- Use basic hand tools as needed
- Support various construction activities
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures
- Wear provided safety equipment at all times
- Maintain a safe work environment
Required Qualifications
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Walk and stand for extended periods
- Climb stairs and perform physical labor
- Able to perform demanding physical tasks
