Stand-Up Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for moving materials, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production and shipping activities.

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Supply production lines with materials as needed to support operations
• Move, organize, stack, and re-stack pallets and skids
• Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer software to track inventory and order status
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking activities
• Perform general warehouse duties and manual material handling tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience operating Crown 5500 Series equipment preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and productivity

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
