Production Assembler - 2nd Shift
$22.87/hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling quality products according to precise specifications and preparing them for shipment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products following work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or further processing
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the shift
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
