Skilled Welder – MIG/TIG | 2nd Shift
$22/Hour | Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–10:45 PM
We're seeking an experienced Welder with strong MIG and TIG welding skills to join our manufacturing team on second shift.
Essential Welding Skills:
- MIG and TIG weld steel (required)
- TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel (required)
- Proficient in both production and precision style welding
- Grind parts post-weld to specifications
- Improvise and build weld fixtures to support product flow
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use measuring devices including tape measures and calipers
- Maintain quality standards throughout production
- Build custom weld fixtures as needed
- Ensure proper finishing through grinding and cleanup
Requirements:
- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience with aluminum and stainless steel
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and bending
- Forklift experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
