Robotic Welder - Manufacturing Production

We are seeking dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Robotic Welders. This position is responsible for operating robotic welding equipment, performing quality inspections, and supporting daily production activities in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Operate robotic welding equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Remove parts from containers, process materials according to specifications, and place finished products in designated containers, skids, or storage areas
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain production flow through proper material handling and equipment operation
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Assist with general manufacturing and production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience operating robotic welding equipment preferred
• Ability to read and follow production specifications and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching throughout the workday
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Day shift
• Hours: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM
