Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for material movement, inventory control, and ensuring production areas are supplied with the materials needed to maintain efficient operations.

Job Duties

• Pick and stage materials for daily production and customer orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Label and organize parts, racks, bins, and storage locations
• Supply production lines with materials and line-stock items as needed
• Support Kanban and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment processes
• Identify, sort, and process nonconforming and scrap materials according to established procedures
• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts required
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime on Fridays as needed
