Spanish/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotes to customers
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Support general office and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability in customer and vendor relationship management
• Strong office and computer skills (required)
• Ability to read blueprints (desirable, but not required)

Position Details

• Schedule: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Compensation: $60,000 annually
• Status: Long-term contract position with possible hire in the future
