Assembly Line Worker - Production

We are seeking dependable Assembly Line Workers to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This entry-level position involves supporting production operations, operating line equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Perform production line tasks including bottling, labeling, capping, and packaging operations
• Rotate between multiple workstations as assigned to support production needs
• Monitor products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate production equipment according to established work instructions
• Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain production flow and meet productivity requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, retail, or food service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new processes and production equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Non-slip footwear required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds without assistance
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform general physical labor as needed

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Monday through Friday
• Mandatory overtime every fourth Saturday
