Assembly Line Worker – Food Production
$14.50/Hour | 2nd Shift | Springfield, OH
Start a stable manufacturing career in food production! We’re hiring Assembly Line Workers for our 2nd shift operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals transitioning from food service into long‑term manufacturing with growth potential.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Mandatory overtime: Every 4th Saturday
What You’ll Do
- Work on food production lines including bottling, labeling, and capping
- Rotate between stations hourly for skill development and variety
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Learn multiple production processes in a clean, controlled facility
What We’re Looking For
- Non‑slip shoes required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently
- Assembly or production experience helpful—but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong food safety awareness
