Office Coordinator – Part-Time (30 hrs/week)
$18/hour

What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders and expedite shipments
- Handle A/R, A/P, and invoicing
- Schedule production runs and coordinate materials
- Manage purchasing and monitor inventory levels
- Arrange LTL freight and UPS shipping
- Resolve billing questions and support customers
What You Bring
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Understanding of manufacturing or production processes
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail
