We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional financial services to our members. This role is perfect for professionals with strong attention to detail.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Process member transactions including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals
- Handle loan payments and account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain precise cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation
- Process overnight and mail deposits
- Balance cash drawer and prepare currency/coin inventory
- Deliver friendly, professional service that builds lasting member relationships
What We're Looking For
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent customer service background
- Good Credit
