Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards
- Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment or further processing
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
- Lift 25–50 lbs to waist level and up to 25 lbs above shoulder level
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
