Assembler – $21+/Hour | Multiple Shift Options | Springfield, OH

We are currently hiring a detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a stable manufacturing role with competitive pay and consistent hours.

Pay:

• $21.00/hour and up (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

• 6:30am – 2:30pm
• 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or further processing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
• Lift 25–50 lbs to waist level and up to 25 lbs above shoulder level
