Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer support? We're looking for a Customer Order Manager to oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and order revisions with precision
• Review order details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements
• Enter and process orders using ERP systems and internal software
• Monitor order status, provide updates, and proactively address potential issues
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain organized records and support daily administrative operations

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
