Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding customer support? We're looking for a Customer Order Manager to oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and order revisions with precision
- Review order details to ensure accuracy and compliance with company requirements
- Enter and process orders using ERP systems and internal software
- Monitor order status, provide updates, and proactively address potential issues
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain organized records and support daily administrative operations
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
