$16.00/Hour | 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are currently hiring a Parts Packer / Press Feed Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can handle the physical demands of a production setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Stack and pack parts as they come off the press
• Band and prepare finished parts for customer shipment
• Feed sheet metal into stamping presses safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy during production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and move parts regularly
• Strong attention to detail when checking parts for quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
• Standing and walking for the entire shift
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to handle the physical demands of a fast-paced production environment
