Order Picker / Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.00 per Hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Order Picker / Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts who thrive in a team-focused, high-volume warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Pick and select customer orders using an RF scanner
- Build pallets with accurate case picks
- Wrap completed pallets and stage them for shipment
- Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Utilize manual and electric pallet jacks
- Load, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity standards
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
Work Environment
- Work in cooler and freezer areas as needed
- Cold-weather suits and gloves are provided
- Fast-paced distribution and shipping environment
- Standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or forklift experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus
- Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the workday
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
Schedule & Overtime
- Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Facility operates 7 days per week
- Candidates must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday for overtime
- Additional weekend overtime may be required based on business needs
- Availability to work both weekend days when needed is a plus
