Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for inventory management, material handling, shipment preparation, and maintaining accuracy throughout warehouse processes.

Job Duties

• Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory records
• Prepare and stage materials for shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse using approved equipment and procedures
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping issues
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Follow all company safety policies and work procedures
• Support quality control efforts to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Full-time position
