Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication methods
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer opportunities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Provide support for account growth and customer retention efforts
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer support teams to meet customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist with business development and sales support activities

Qualifications
