Direct Hire Opportunity | Springfield, OH

An international manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Industrial Order Entry Specialist to join its Springfield team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with customers, managing orders, and supporting industrial and manufacturing operations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations for new equipment orders
• Enter and manage customer orders within the ERP system
• Provide exceptional customer service and order support
• Utilize business software programs, including SAP, Microsoft Access, price books, and other company systems
• Gather and analyze information to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and requests
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial equipment, or industrial distribution environments preferred
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple software platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to think critically and identify opportunities for process improvement
