General Labor / Production Associate

We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position supports production operations through material handling, quality inspections, and general manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

• Perform barring operations on shafts according to production requirements
• Move, organize, and transport housing carts throughout the production area
• Tear and prepare foam materials for use in the manufacturing process
• Perform thread checking inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Assist with general production, assembly, and manufacturing activities as assigned
• Maintain production flow by supporting daily operational needs
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Support team members with material handling and other production-related tasks

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to perform physical labor in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to meet production and quality expectations in a fast-paced setting

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
