Production Associate

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a manufacturing team as a Production Associate. This position performs a variety of production, material handling, and facility support duties to help maintain efficient manufacturing operations and a safe work environment.

Job Duties

• Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Empty waste containers and replenish production supplies as needed
• Paint and prepare dies for production use
• Move, organize, and store materials used in manufacturing operations
• Manufacture rubber plugs according to production requirements
• Clean grease and residue from dies and machined surfaces
• Assist with teardown and cleanup activities following production processes
• Load and unload materials and shipments
• Use air wands and other tools to dry and prepare equipment and components
• Remove rust from machined surfaces as required
• Perform lead net weaving and other assigned production tasks
• Assist production employees with material handling and general manufacturing support
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks safely
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
