Assembly / Production Associate
We are seeking dependable Assembly / Production Associates to join a manufacturing team on third shift. This position is responsible for assembling products, performing quality inspections, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Duties
- Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
- Read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and assembly drawings
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Package completed products for shipment or additional processing
- Maintain production flow while meeting quality and productivity expectations
- Operate basic production equipment and tools as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds to waist level
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds above shoulder level
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks
- Ability to work safely while meeting productivity and quality standards
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Third Shift
- Sunday through Thursday
- Hours: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
