Press Operator

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a manufacturing team as a Press Operator. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Duties

• Operate production press equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and inspect parts for quality defects
• Ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards
• Stack and prepare completed parts for the next stage of production
• Maintain production flow while meeting productivity requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Dispose of scrap materials and waste according to company procedures
• Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to recognize quality concerns and production defects
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to safely perform physical labor while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Sunday through Wednesday
• Hours: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
