MIG/TIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, and finishing metal components while maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

Job Duties

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
• Use hand tools, grinders, and finishing equipment to prepare and complete welded assemblies
• Measure and inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality standards
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
• Assist with additional fabrication and production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• TIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools
• Familiarity with hand tools and metal finishing processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required
• Frequent use of hands for welding, fabrication, and finishing tasks
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
