Production Finisher / Deburring Associate

We are seeking dependable Production Finishers to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position is responsible for sanding, buffing, grinding, and deburring metal components to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Job Duties

• Sand, buff, grind, and deburr manufactured parts and components
• Remove sharp edges, excess material, and imperfections from finished products
• File and finish parts according to production requirements
• Inspect parts to verify quality and conformance to specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Enter and maintain production information using computer systems as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, finishing, grinding, deburring, or production experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 20 to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
