Production Associate
Seeking a dependable Production Associate to support manufacturing operations. This position involves inspecting, handling, and stacking parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Duties
- Inspect parts for quality defects
- Stack and organize completed parts
- Handle and move parts throughout the production process
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris and trash
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to inspect parts and identify quality concerns
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
