Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a physically active position involving order pulling, palletizing, loading, and unloading. This role requires working in cooler, freezer, and ambient-temperature areas.
Job Duties
- Load and unload products and materials
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
- Stack and organize products on pallets
- Move products throughout warehouse areas
- Work in cooler, freezer, and ambient-temperature environments
- Operate pallet jacks and tuggers as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Stable work history of at least two years preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability for a rotating work schedule
- Pallet jack or tugger experience helpful but not required; training provided
Physical Requirements
- Ability to consistently lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to work in refrigerated, freezer, and ambient warehouse areas
Schedule
- Full-time
- Rotating schedule
- Shift end times vary based on daily order volume
- Employees may finish early or work approximately one hour later depending on workload
