PART TIME (25-30 hours weekly)
Job description
*Candidates must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
· Review billing generated by various business units and key into Quickbooks. Generate customer invoices on mainframe system.
· Intercompany billings and allocations through Quickbooks
· Research and resolve billing and accounts payable issues and errors.
· Accounts payable in multiple systems
· Collections
· Cash posting in multiple systems
· Sales tax returns
· Month end general ledger close, including adjusting entries and account reconcilement
· Human resource support tasks, such as attendance tracking and government reporting
· Minimum five years experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
· Bachelors degree in accounting required. Must have hands on experience with all aspects of month end general ledger closing. Must be able to create Excel worksheets, including both data and calculations.
