Description

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform welding using processes such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and welding processes to maintain quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous welding experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
- Knowledge of welding safety practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work 1st Shift, with potential for overtime
