This position oversees a group of laborers removing & installing upholstery according to FCA Chrysler specifications. Those with automotive repair TEAM LEAD experience are urged to apply! Job duties include training and monitoring employees, ensuring safety protocols are followed, reporting production numbers to management, ensuring quality standards set by FCA are followed etc. Pay starts from $18+, based on experience.
Schedule is Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm, with OT based on production needs
