Answering phones and troubleshooting broken parts over the phone, training associates, great communication and telephone skills
• Assist Tech one in professionally answering incoming calls.
• Log call details on the ticket for follow-up.
• Return assigned customer calls.
• Assist in reviewing incoming emails.
• Manage and follow-up all emails assigned to you.
• Ensure emails are being addressed within the given timelines as set forth by your supervisor.
• Process customer returns, provide RMA and repairs tracking,
• Perform customer equipment testing as required.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work space.
• Work as a customer Liaison with office and production staff
• Gain knowledge on NWA products.
