Job Duties:
o Updating service calls as they come in
o Creating work orders for production
o Ensuring all orders ship & deliver to the customer within the requested time frame
o Updating tracking information and communicating with the customer expected deadlines
o Utilizing company software to manage, create, and track service requests
o Answering phones and assisting customers with specific needs
