Job Full Description
Seeking a groundskeeper/cleaner for apartment complex in Waterville, OH. This position is predominately OUTDOORS and you would need to dress for the weather.
Job duties would include:
- Walking the property grounds and picking up any trash, cleaning up after dogs, cleaning up around dumpster areas
- Daily walking each building hallway to remove any trash, clean up any messes, mop any wet areas, etc.
- Daily cleaning of leasing office, removing trash, spot cleaning floors, cleaning bathrooms
Hours are 8am-12p Monday-Friday, Pay is $16/hr. If interested please call us at ASAP! Position starts IMMEDIATELY!!
