Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of customer service experience, in manufacturing or distribution.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Manage daily customer service operations including order entry, order tracking, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders within the ERP system.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and complaints.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on customer expectations and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, response time, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities as needed, including coordination on collections and customer account issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
