Some of our CSR’s duties and responsibilities:
- Assess and understand client’s needs and expectations
- Provide clients with accurate and market competitive estimates in a timely manner
- Mathematical analysis – The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions and decimals will be required. Also, must have a solid understanding of the use of a ruler and percentages.
- Quote follow up/Close sales
- Order Entry – Obtain and organize all job details required for a client order. The ability to provide/communicate accurate operational instructions is a necessity.
- Assign lead times
- Pre-press proofing
- Effectively communicate job concerns, changes or delays with clients, production team and central facilities
- Critical thinking/Problem solving as necessary to fulfill orders
- Maintain & Maximize Accounts
- Ask for referrals/Google reviews
- Absorb marketing provided leads – connect with potential client, research and pursue
- Personal Development – This will be ongoing and never ending
- Additional Account Manager duties as assigned by supervisor and outlined in a personalized Individual Business Plan (IBP)
