Job Full Description

1st Shift, Monday-Friday
• Review inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management
• Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures
• Support new product introductions by creating part numbers, planning storage, and min/max levels
• Verify daily min/max quantities for accuracy and adjust if necessary
• Prepare repair items to be shipped
• Maintain log of repair cost vs new
• Work with planners regarding forecasting upcoming work
• Purchase order creation as needed
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with forecasting techniques and inventory optimization methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
