15-25 hours per week
Duties:
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial
records
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Generate financial reports and assist with financial analysis
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Record journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Sage experience, Preferred
- Experience with accounts receivable and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures
- Ability to write financial reports effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
